What we doWhat does Zuko Group actually do?
We design and build AI-powered tools and automated workflows for institutional financial services firms; asset managers, fund service providers, family offices, and capital markets firms. We're not a platform vendor: there are no licences or subscriptions. We build systems, hand them over, and your team owns and runs them.
Getting startedDo we need to know exactly what we want before we talk to you?
No. Most engagements start with an AI audit, a structured review of your operations and data environment that identifies where automation adds real value, and produces a prioritised, costed roadmap, not a strategy deck. If you already know what you want built, we can go straight to a build engagement.
Engagement modelHow is a project scoped and priced?
Every engagement has a defined outcome and a fixed or capped cost, agreed upfront. Build engagements follow a discovery, build, and embed pattern, with documentation, training, and handover included as standard.
After deliveryWhat happens once a system is built and live?
It's yours to run. If you want ongoing support, we offer maintenance contracts, a fixed monthly arrangement covering monitoring, minor updates, and first-line support, so systems keep performing without you needing in-house AI expertise.
